Tailoring and delivery times

By placing your order, you agree to the following timeframes:

• Made-to-order abayas: tailoring starts after the order is confirmed and takes 7 business days, followed by delivery within 4 to 7 business days.
• Abha and Khamis Mushait: tailoring takes 4 to 7 business days, and delivery takes one day.
• Ready-to-ship abayas: delivered within 1 to 3 days in Abha and Khamis Mushait, and 3 to 5 days elsewhere in Saudi Arabia.

Timeframes may be longer during peak seasons and Eid; we will notify you in advance of any expected delay.

Cancelling an order

• Made-to-order abayas: you can cancel within 6 hours of placing the order. After that, tailoring begins and the order cannot be cancelled, as the item is made specifically for you.
• Ready-to-ship abayas: you can cancel before the order ships. After delivery, the returns and exchange policy applies.

Shipping

• Free shipping across Saudi Arabia on orders of 500 or more. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you place the order.
• If a shipment is not collected and is returned to us, the customer pays the cost of reshipping.

Please check the size chart before ordering, as made-to-order abayas are tailored to the size selected in the order.
